The flowers arrived in poor condition and looked old and wilted. We contacted customer service about the issue, but it has now been over 6 days and we still haven’t received a response. Very disappointing experience, both with the quality of the flowers and the lack of customer service. For reference: the pictures are from day 1 and day 2 of the bouquet.

Update: I spoke with Brad who was very kind and apologetic about the flowers I received. He arranged delivery for a new arrangement and wow what a difference. The flowers are fresh, not broken and beautiful. I could have done without the initial experience but happy he made things right. You can see the difference in the arrangements. I would urge anyone not to use 800flowers and the like and order directly from the florist. My friend ordered flowers for me from 800flowers. She paid extra for same day service. They attempted service once and said they would try again same day and never did. They finally arrived 24 hours later looking half dead with broken flowers. She also resisted no lilies since they are toxic to cats and there are so many in there that I can’t even remove them. The bow was even tied sloppily. The arrangement is pink with one random red rose like they ran out of pink roses. Sad display of flowers and would consider ordering elsewhere. Surprised by these positive reviews. This florist should be embarrassed for sending these flowers out.

I had a wonderful experience with Oaxaca Florist! They were quick, responsive, and offered same-day service. I called with a specific request for a bouquet featuring lavender flowers wrapped in black paper, and they were incredibly helpful in bringing my vision to life. The bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful, and my sister loved it. Excellent customer service and gorgeous flowers. I highly recommend them!

I received a surprise birthday delivery last week from Oaxaca Florist. Their arrangements appear beautiful online and are priced as a luxury product, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the quality of what arrived did not reflect that. The flowers themselves seemed to be on their last legs upon delivery and did not last even a full week. In addition, five balloons were included in the order (each at a premium price), but they were not fully inflated and also did not hold up through the week. Given the cost and brand presentation, I expected a much higher level of quality and longevity. This experience was disappointing, especially for a special occasion. I hope the florist takes note of this feedback and ensures future orders better reflect the standards they advertise. One of the florist reached out to me and offered to send the same bouquet on the house. Guaranteeing fresh flowers. The flowers were fresh. And definitely better quality than the first order I received. However the roses again we’re on their last leg. I changed my review from three to four stars. I really appreciate the gesture but still stand by my opinion.

My boyfriend ordered me some flowers via 1800Flowers on 4/29/25 and it was supposed to be delivered the same day by 8pm EST. Oaxaca Florist full filled the order, but we had to call back to 1800flowers because I never received them on 4/29, so they scheduled a re-delivery and then we called again this morning and 1800flowers said that it would be delivered between 9am-8pm Est. They finally arrived on 4/30 at 11:25 am and my Man and I were very disappointed!!! They didn’t have a bow wrapped around it. They were just left on my doorstep. The vase looks as if it came from the dollar store and the entire arrangement was definitely not worth the wait or the price. It looks very mediocre. We are very disappointed in 1800flowers and Oaxaca florist and will not be ordering again!
